About RiseProject Global

RiseProject Global was incorporated in 2024 and is operated by Paul Holmes. Paul is an experienced Architectural Project Manager, adept at managing large and complex design projects across multiple sectors.  Paul holds a Bachelors degree in Architectural Technology, a Masters degree in Technical Architecture, is a PMP certified Project Manager and a certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.

Paul has lived and managed projects in the Far East, Middle East, the UK and the Channel Islands.  Paul specialises in providing expertise and leadership with regards to project planning, programming, reporting, fee and resource management under various forms of contract, and is particularly adept in the application of NEC 3 and NEC 4 contracts.  Paul is an experienced Cemar user.

Paul has successfully managed projects in the Healthcare, Defence, Justice, Hospitality and Industrial sectors, working closely with architects, interior designers, landscape architects and associated engineering disciplines. Whatever the project, the focus remains the same, to provide services that improve project delivery, profitability and quality whilst allowing the design and engineering staff to focus on what they do best - designing great buildings and spaces!
